Vortex Centrifugal Ring Blower Forge Fan Pond Aerator Oxygen Vaccuum Compressor

  

Just trying to find out what this is. I read one that says Ring Blower but what is it for? Have been told its an industrial electric pond aerator for putting oxyogen in the water (airator) just not sure. There are no id plates on it all i know is its 3 phase nothing else. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
