We have a range of centrifugal blowers designed to handle material for blowing through the fan. The fan is designed to handle non-stringy material. Of appx 5-10mm length or less.

We have a range of motor powers and sizes in the listings above. Each fan comes with circular inlet & discharge spigots suitable to fit flexible hose or spiral ductwork, each fan also comes with a mounted pedestal for either fixing on the floor or wall or suitable location. The fan duty is as follows. 0.37kw = 100mm connections - max flow 825m3/hr max pressure 1600Pa.

0.75kw = 125mm connections - max flow 1300m3/hr max pressure 2000Pa. 1.5kw = 150mm connections - max flow 2000m3/hr max pressure 2700Pa Single & 3 phase.

3kw = 150mm connections - max flow 3000m3/hr max pressure 3500Pa 3 phase. Fans are all powder coated - stove enamel baked. Fans are IP55 motors (European made) CE marked and IE3 efficiency.

Fans can be located indoor or outdoors - however a rain shroud over the terminal box is good practice. Orientation of discharge can be rotated through 45 degree segments through 360 degrees. The photos show the impeller design - it is a robust design appx 1.2mm thick blades and welded at the base. To convey material certain speeds are required in the pipe to ensure the material travels without settling.
